SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At KartIndia, we strive to achieve fast, safe, and reliable shipping of products to customers. To achieve this, we do inspections, ensure quality packaging, partner with most of the top courier and logistics partners, and communicate shipping status to customers at each stage of shipment. Our logistic partners are Udaan Express, Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBess, Dtdc, Shadowfax, BlueDart, FedEx, Ekart, Amazon Shipping, Gati, Prime Track, Trackon and Skyking.

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unfavorable weather conditions, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery Timeline :

Domestic (Within PAN India Only)

NOTE: Delivery time mentioned on the product or website is estimated. Actual delivery time is based on the availability of the product, the address where the product is to be delivered, and the courier company's rules.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation sms/email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can also track orders under my order section on the Kartindia website/mobile app.

Shipping charges:

Shipping charges will be paid by the seller or buyer as governed by the matrix shown below

Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of placing an order using the weight, origin, and destination of the shipment.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

KartIndia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

You can file a claim if the orders received are damaged. Upon receiving information/documentation from the seller, buyer, and delivery firm, KartIndia shall take the decision which will be final and binding for all entities involved.

The Users agree to defend and hold kartIndia and its affiliated and related entities, and any of their shareholders, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from and indemnified against any claims, lawsuits, penalties, and damages arising out of any intended or unintended mis-shipment, delay or dispute involving Shipment of Goods.

Once the customer buys products online, he/she wants to know the status of the order from time to time. To address this issue, we provide updated status of shipment at each stage starting from the order is placed to processes to dispatch to delivery.
