You can register with your mobile number, and email ID, or direct with your social media profile. Once you have put required details, the registration process will start. Being a B2B platform, the only requirement to register with KartIndia is that you own or work at a business or a shop. Given the trade-oriented nature of the transactions, end consumers will not find enough value on KartIndia.
MOQ is the Minimum Order Quantity. MOQ is set by sellers and can be different for different products/listings. A buyer needs to purchase at least the mentioned MOQ to continue the trade. Please chat with the seller to understand if he is willing to allow the trade of her product at a lower MOQ.
MOV stands for Minimum Order Value. MOV applies on a single order per seller basis. Sellers put MOV to ensure a minimum business per order per buyer. Please chat with the seller to negotiate MOV for your order.
You can pay by using different online methods like UPI, card and or Netbanking, or cash once the order is delivered to you. There is a provision to purchase the products on credit but it is available on few buyers. Please reach out to KartIndiaSupport to check if you can avail credit for your purchase(s).
As a buyer, you need not worry about arranging couriers or any 3rd party couriers to pick up and deliver your order. We will arrange for the order to be picked up.
As a buyer, you are liable to pay for the courier services. Please check the Review Order Page to get an estimate of the logistics charges. In some cases, we offer free delivery or charge a nominal delivery charge.
Courier charges are required to be paid along with the payment for the order. You can check the shipping/logistics charges on the order page.
It depends on where the seller is shipping from and what is the buyer's location. Usually, interstate deliveries take anywhere between 7-10 days while within the state can happen within a week. Please check with Kartindia Support to understand how long will it take to get your order.
You can see all your orders on the 'My Orders' screen under my account section.
You can track the status of your order from the My Orders page. Click on any order to see its details, or you can directly track it on the 3PL logistics website with the AWB/LR shared with you.
We strive to achieve fast, safe, and reliable shipping of products to customers. To achieve this, we do inspections, ensure quality packaging, partner with most of the top courier and logistics partners, and communicate shipping status to customers at each stage of shipment. Our logistic partners are Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBess, Dtdc, Shadowfax, BlueDart, FedEx, Ekart, Amazon Shipping, Gati, Prime Track, Trackon and Skyking.
You cannot change the delivery address once the order is placed. You can cancel the previous order and place a new one.
